一、按时电池充电充放电。
ups电源中的浮充工作电压和充放电工作电压,在出产时均已调节到额定值,而充放电电流量的高低是伴随着负荷的增加而提升的,应用中应有效调整负荷,例如操纵微型机等电子产品的应用数量。一般情形下,负荷不适合超出ups额定值的60%。在这个区域内,充电电池的自放电电流量就不可能发生过多充放电。
ups因长久与电压相接,在配电品质高、非常少产生电压断电的应用条件中,电瓶会长时间处在浮电池充电情况,日久便会致使充电电池机械能与电磁能互相转换的活力减少,加快衰老而减少使用期限。因而,一般间隔2-3个月应彻底充放电一次,放电时长可依据电池的容积和负荷高低明确。一次全负载充放电结束后,按照规定再电池充电8个小时以上。
二、运用通信作用。
现阶段,绝大部分大、中小型ups都具有与微型机通信和系统控制等可执行性能。在微手机上下载相对应的手机软件,根据串/并口联接ups,运作该程序流程,就可以运用微型机与ups开展通信。一般具备记录查询、基本参数、按时设置、自动开关机和运行应急数据信号等作用。根据记录查询,可以获得电压键入工作电压、ups输出电压、负荷使用率、电池电量使用率、机内环境温度和电压工作频率等信息内容;根据基本参数,可以设置ups基本上特点、充电电池可保持时长和充电电池用完告等。根据这种智能化系统的实际操作,大大的便捷了ups电源以及电瓶的应用管理方法。

An important factor affecting the service life of SSB battery isthe ambient temperature. Generally, the best ambient temperaturerequired by the battery manufacturer is 20-25 ℃. Although theincrease of temperature improves the discharge capacity of SSBbattery, the cost is that the battery life is greatly shortened.According to the test, once the ambient temperature exceeds 25 ℃,the service life of SSB battery will be shortened by half every 10℃. At present, the SSB batteries used in ups are generallymaintenance free sealed lead-acid batteries, and the design life isgenerally 5 years, which can be achieved under the environmentrequired by the SSB battery manufacturer. If the specifiedenvironmental re are not met, the length of service lifewill vary greatly. In addition, the increase of the ambienttemperature will lead to the enhancement of the internal chemicalactivity of the battery, thus generating a large amount of heatenergy, which in turn will promote the increase of the ambienttemperature.
