艾默生R48-2000A3整流模块
1．艾默生 R48-2000A3输入过/欠压保护
当输入电压小于80Vac±5Vac或者大于305Vac±5Vac，保护指示灯（黄灯）亮，模块将停止工作、无输出。输入电压恢复到97.5～295Vac范围以内，整流模块自动恢复为正常工作。
过压保护事件发生时模块会上报监控模块。
2．艾默生 R48-2000A3输出过压保护
整流模块有输出过压硬件保护和输出过压软件保护，硬件过压保护点为59.5V±0.5V之间，硬件过压保护后需要人工干预才可以开机。软件保护点可以通过监控模块设置，设置范围为56～59V，要求比输出电压高0.5V以上，出厂默认值为59V。
软件过压保护模式可以通过监控模块选择：
1）一次过压锁死模式
当整流模块发生软件过压，整流模块关机并保持，需要人工干预方可恢复；
2）二次过压锁死模式
整流模块软件保护后，关机5秒钟内重新开机，如果在设定时间内（默认为5分钟，可以通过监控模块设置）发生第二次过压，整流模块则关机并保持，需要人工干预方可开机。人工干预方法：可以通过监控模块复位整流模块，也可以通过从电源系统上脱离整流模块来复位。
过压故障发生时，模块上报故障信号给监控模块进行相应处理。
3．艾默生 R48-2000A3过温保护
在模块的进风口被堵住、环境温度过高或者风扇故障等原因导致模块内部温度达到98℃时，模块面板的保护指示灯（黄灯）亮，模块将停止工作、无输出。当异常条件清除，模块内部的温度恢复正常后，模块将自动恢复为工作，过温告警消失。
过温保护发生时，模块上报告警信号给监控模块进行相应处理。
4．艾默生 R48-2000A3 PFC输出过/欠压保护
当模块内部母线电压超过过/欠压保护点时，模块将自动关机保护，模块无输出，并且模块面板的保护指示灯（黄灯）亮。
PFC输入过压保护发生时，模块上报告警信号给监控模块进行相应处理。
5．艾默生 R48-2000A3风扇故障保护
当风扇发生故障时，模块将产生风扇故障告警，模块面板上的故障指示灯（红灯）闪烁，模块关机、无电压输出。故障消除后，可自动恢复为正常工作。
故障事件发生时，模块上报告警信号给监控模块进行相应处理。
6．艾默生 R48-2000A3短路保护
整流模块采用恒流保护模式，在输出短路的情况下，模块输出电流保持恒定，电流≤33A，有效地保护自身和外部设备；当短路故障消失后，模块自动恢复工作。
7．艾默生 R48-2000A3输出电流不平衡
当多个整流模块在系统并联使用，均流误差大的模块能自动识别，并点亮模块面板上的保护指示灯（黄灯）；
系统上模块的平均电流＞6A而模块的电流小于1A时，判断为严重不均流故障，红灯亮；同一系统上有两个或以上相同ID的模块时，红灯亮。
如果模块输出电流发生严重不平衡时，均流误差大于5A且模块无输出的模块能自动识别，并点亮模块面板上的故障指示（红灯）。
故障消除后，可自动恢复为正常工作。
8．艾默生 R48-2000A3后台通讯中断
模块发生通讯中断后，模块面板的保护指示灯（黄灯）闪烁。当模块通讯恢复后，模块面板的保护指示灯（黄灯）恢复正常。当模块通讯正常后，模块自动恢复工作。
为了保护蓄电池，当模块通讯故障后，模块的输出电压变化到53.5V（根据实际需要，可以预先设置不同电压）。

Emerson R48-2000A3 Rectifier Module
1. Emerson R48-2000A3 Input Overvoltage/UndervoltageProtection
When the input voltage is less than 80Vac+5Vac or greater than305Vac+5Vac, the protection indicator (yellow light) is on, and themodule will stop working without output. The input voltage isrestored to 97.5-295 Vac range, and the rectifier module isautomatically restored to normal operation.
When the overvoltage protection event occurs, the module willreport to the monitoring module.
2. Emerson R48-2000A3 Output Overvoltage Protection
The rectifier module has output over-voltage hardware protectionand output over-voltage software protection. The hardwareover-voltage protection point is between 59.5V and 0.5V. After thehardware over-voltage protection, manual intervention is needed tostart. Software protection points can be set up by monitoringmodule, ranging from 56 to 59V, which requires more than 0.5Vhigher than the output voltage, and the default value is 59V.
Software overvoltage protection mode can be selected bymonitoring module:
1) One-time Overvoltage Lock-up Mode
When the software overvoltage occurs in the rectifier module andthe rectifier module is shut down and maintained, manualintervention is needed to recover.
2) Second Overvoltage Locking Mode
After the software protection of the rectifier module, the poweris restarted within 5 seconds after shutdown. If the secondovervoltage occurs within the set time (default is 5 minutes, whichcan be set by the monitoring module), the rectifier module will beshut down and maintained, re manual intervention to boot.Manual intervention method: the rectifier module can be reset bymonitoring module, or can be reset by disconnecting the rectifiermodule from the power system.
When overvoltage fault occurs, the module reports the faultsignal to the monitoring module for corresponding processing.
3. Emerson R48-2000A3 Overtemperature Protection
When the module's air inlet is blocked, the ambient temperatureis too high or the fan failure causes the temperature inside themodule to reach 98 C, the protective indicator light (yellow light)of the module panel will be on, and the module will stop workingand have no output. When the abnormal condition is cleared and thetemperature inside the module returns to normal, the module willautomatically restore to work and the overtemperature alarm willdisappear.
When overtemperature protection occurs, alarm signals arereported on the module and processed accordingly to the monitoringmodule.
4. Emerson R48-2000A3 PFC Output Over/Under VoltageProtection
When the bus voltage inside the module exceeds the over/undervoltage protection point, the module will shut down automatically,the module has no output, and the protection indicator light(yellow light) of the module panel will be on.
When PFC input overvoltage protection occurs, alarm signals arereported on the module and processed accordingly to the monitoringmodule.
5. Emerson R48-2000A3 Fan Fault Protection
When the fan fails, the module will generate fan fault alarm,the fault indicator light (red light) on the module panel flickers,the module shuts down, and no voltage output. After the fault iseliminated, it can be automatically restored to normal work.
When a fault occurs, the alarm signal is reported on the moduleand processed by the monitoring module.
6. Emerson R48-2000A3 Short Circuit Protection
The rectifier module adopts constant current protection mode. Inthe case of output short circuit, the output current of the modulekeeps constant, and the current is less than 33A, which effectivelyprotects itself and external e When the short circuitfault disappears, the module automatically resumes work.
7. Emerson R48-2000A3 output current imbalance
When multiple rectifier modules are used in parallel, the modulewith large current sharing error can automatically identify andlight the protection indicator lamp (yellow light) on the modulepanel.
When the average current of the module on the system is greaterthan 6A and the current of the module is less than 1A, it is judgedto be a serious non-uniform current fault and the red light is on;when there are two or more modules with the same ID on the samesystem, the red light is on.
If the output current of the module is seriously unbalanced, thecurrent sharing error is greater than 5A and the module withoutoutput can be identified automatically, and the fault indication(red light) on the module panel is lit.
After the fault is eliminated, it can be automatically restoredto normal work.
8. Emerson R48-2000A3 Background Communication Interruption
The protection indicator (yellow light) of the module panelflickers after the communication interruption of the module. Whenthe module communication is restored, the protection indicatorlight (yellow light) of the module panel returns to normal. Whenthe module communication is normal, the module automaticallyrestores to work.
In order to protect the battery, the output voltage of themodule changes to 53.5V when the module communication fails(according to the actual needs, different voltages can be set inadvance).
