3.合理的配置
(1)变电设备的选择配置应符合下列要求
1)变压器应选用低损耗、低噪声的节能型产品。
2)合理计算、选择变压器容量及配置数量。变压器容量和数量应根据负荷情况,综合考虑投和年运行用,对负荷合理分配,选用容量与用电负荷相适应的变
压器,使其工作在高效低耗区内。其中单台变压器的经常性负载直达到变压器额定容量的70%。
3)地市级以上通信局(站)变压器宜采用2台或多台变压器,在其中1台变压器故障或检修时,其余的变压器可满足保证负荷用电。
4)变压器的三相负载应尽量保持平億。
5)通信局(站)应选用D,yn1接线的変压器,可以使变玉器容量在三相不平復负荷下得以充分利用,并有利于抑制三次谐波电流。
6)变压器宣安装在通风良好的房间。
(2)补偿设备的选择配置应符合下列要求
1)通信局(站)的低压配电系統应配置无功功率自动补信装置,补偿后系统的功率因数应达到0.9以上
2)补偿基本无功功率的低玉电容器组宜集中补偿。容量较大、负载稳定且长期运行的用电设备的无功功率宣单独就地补偿,以提高设备的运行功率因数,降低线
路的运行电流。
3)配电系統中谐波电流较严重时,无功功率的补偿容量应考虑谐波的影响。补偿电容器柜应配置一定比例的电抗器。
(3)滤波设的选择配应符合下列要求
1)通信局(站)供电系统返回公共电网的谐波电流应符合GB/T14549-1993《电能质量公用电网谐波》的有关规定。
2)交流供电系统内总谐波电流含量(THD)大于10%时,应配置滤波器。
3)综合分析配电系统的负载及谐波含量,选用合适类型的滤波设备。 4)设计方案中宜留适当的滤波设备安装空间
(4)积极采用新能源、新技术
新能源包括太阳能、风能、生物质能、地熱能和海洋能等。为了积极响应国家节能排政策,今后应继续扩大太阳能、风能的利用規模,研究生物质能(燃料
电池)的利用。现阶段在气象条件适合的地区,市电引入线路过长或无市电,且负荷较小(小于1000W)的通信站点的主用电源推广采用太阳能电源或光互补电

1.2电路拓扑的选择
开关电源一般采用单端正激式、单端反激式、双管正激式、双单端正激式、双正漫式、推挽式、半标、全标等八种拓扑。其中双管正激式、双正激式和半桥电路的
开关管承压仅为輸入电源电压,60%降额时选用600V的开关管比较容易,不会出现单向偏磁饱和的问题,这三种拓扑在高压输入电路中得到广泛的应用
1.3功率因数校正技术
开关电源的谐波电流污染电网,干扰了其它共网设音,还可能会使采用三相四线制的中线电流过大,引发事故,解决途径之一是采用具有功率因素校正技术的开关

在中小功率的电源中,电流型PWM控制是大量采用的方法,在DC-DC変换器中輸出纹波可以控制在10mV,优于电压型控制的常规电源。

3. Reasonable allocation
(1) The selection and configuration of substation equipmentshall meet the following requirements
1) Energy-saving products with low loss and noise should beselected for transformers.
2) Reasonable calculation and selection of transformer capacityand configuration quantity. The capacity and quantity oftransformer should be reasonably distributed according to the loadsituation, considering the commissioning and annual operation, andselecting the appropriate changes of capacity and electricload.
Pressure device, so that it works in high efficiency and lowconsumption area. The constant load of a single transformer reaches70% of the rated capacity of the transformer.
3) Two or more transformers should be used in the transformersof communication bureaus (stations) at or above the prefecture orcity level. When one transformer fails or is overhauled, the restof the transformers can meet the requirement of guaranteeing loadpower consumption.
4) The three-phase load of transformer should be kept as low aspossible.
5) The Communication Bureau (station) should choose the rakepress connected with D and yn1, which can make full use of thecapacity of the converter under three-phase uneven load and help tosuppress the third harmonic current.
6) The transformer is installed in a well-ventilated room.
(2) The selection and configuration of compensation equipmentshall meet the following requirements
1) The low-voltage distribution system of Communication Bureau(station) should be equipped with reactive power auto-compensationdevice. After compensation, the power factor of the system shouldbe more than 0.9.
2) Low-Jade capacitor banks which compensate basic reactivepower should be compensated centrally. The reactive power of largecapacity, stable load and long-term running electric equipment iscompensated separately in situ to improve the operation powerfactor of the equipment and reduce the line.

3) When the harmonic current is serious in distribution system,the compensation capacity of reactive power should consider theinfluence of harmonics. Compensation capacitor cabinet should beequipped with a certain proportion of reactor.
(3) The selection and matching of filter settings should meetthe following requirements
1) The harmonic current returned to the public power grid by thepower supply system of the communication bureau (station) shallcomply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 14549-1993 "Harmonic ofthe public power grid of power quality".
2) When the total harmonic current content (THD) in AC powersupply system is greater than 10%, filters should beconfigured.
3) Comprehensive analysis of the load and harmonic content ofdistribution system, and selection of appropriate types offiltering equipment. 4) Appropriate installation space of filterequipment should be left in the design scheme.
(4) Actively adopt new energy sources and new technologies
New energy sources include solar energy, wind energy, biomassenergy, geothermal energy and marine energy. In order to activelyrespond to the national energy-saving emission policy, we shouldcontinue to expand the scale of solar and wind energy utilizationin the future, and study biomass energy (fuel).
Utilization of batteries. At the present stage, in the areaswhere meteorological conditions are suitable, the main power supplyof communication stations with long or no power lines and less load(less than 1000W) is promoted to use solar power or lightcomplementary power.
New technologies such as high voltage direct current powersupply and iron-lithium batteries were adopted in the pilot of polerecognition.
DUM communication power supply system adopts the new intelligenthigh frequency switch rectifier module and monitoring systemdeveloped by our company. It fully meets the requirements ofrelevant national standards and is suitable for medium andsmall-sized SPC exchanges, mobile communications and satellitecommunication sites.
The power supply provided by surface station, Cheerwavecommunication, etc. can also be used for the power supply of othercommunication equipment.
